The M54587P is an integrated Darlington transistor array designed primarily for high‑current, high‑voltage driving applications. It contains eight identical driver circuits in one package, each capable of sinking substantial current and featuring built‑in clamp diodes. It is ideal for interfacing low‑power logic (CMOS/TTL) to heavier loads such as relays, solenoids, stepping motors, LED arrays and other inductive loads.
